I recently began taking Ativan 1mg for anxiety. To be honest, I was a tiny at first because I'd heard mixed reviews. But following it for a couple of months, I have to admit that it's been really beneficial. It's helped me to relax and pay attention. I'm still figured out the perfect dosage for me, but I feellike that 1mg is a good initial dose.
